"The Tibetan book of Living and Dying"
was given to me as a gift from a good friend of mine (Mr. KK Tham) on year 2001 and I just completed my studies in UK.
At that time, I never interested to know anything about my or other living and dying.
So, I store it under my filing rack for sometime (actually more than few years).
You may not believe, if I tell you the book actually calling me to explore it, not until one day, when I was doing my housekeeping and found it under the cabinet.
I was really doubtful about the purpose of living in this world. I start reading it, and the rest is a history!
If any of you interested to know our purpose of living and get ready for dying, I strongly recommend this book for your reading pleasure.
"What is it that I hope for from this book? To inspire a quiet revolution in the whole way we look at death and care for the dying, and the whole way we look at life and care for the living."
— the author, Sogyal Rinpoche
